Adaptation of the written word to a pure and exciting interest

Good and blessed morning to all. I am so encouraged today after facilitating Scripture study last night. I am today experiencing a pleasant peace not of this world and an awareness of one greater than myself. God has purposed me to write books (the first to be released early 2008) and the second is currently being written. Further as I continue in obedience to write I find it has been destined to actually live out pages of the book. I am grateful that what I write in my books doesn't involve mere covering of pages with personal sentiment, but is subjected to the spiritual guidance of a divine hand extended from heaven to my laptop. Receive, do not hear only, take action and do not believe only!

Dawning of a new day...nothing ventured...nothing learned

Good day to all. The Lord is watering His kingdom here on earth today, for where I live, there has been an abundance of His rain. But, hey it's all good! I visited my grandson's new school today and I am so excited for his new year. My prayer is that he experience all of Gods favor and the teachers and administrators will enjoy grace beyond their imagination. During his school hours now I will use my 'free' time to write more, to meditate more and to converse more with God. Having quiet time is something I treasure and I consider it a privilege to have it, so I do not anticipate wasting a moment of it. God willing I will complete my second book in the coming months. The journey I have been purposed to travel has been paved with wisdom and the gift of learning. What a wonderful God we serve. Indeed I eagerly await the dawning of tomorrow, but until then, may the Lord let His face shine upon you.

While today is still today

So, today is the first of many. I have taken the plunge, began a blog and seek only to be lead by my Spirit as to where I go next. It's all good, for I love writing, I love reading and here I will do both. I wish to have many ladies join me, those who are willing to encourage and be encouraged as it pertains to our love of the written word. I do love the Lord and it would be nice if others who love Him would let me know. I believe all life has purpose as purposed by the Creator if we go where He places our footprints and because of that I live everyday on divine assignment and do all I do on purpose.

So, if you love to read and/or if you love to write, let's go. I have much to share with you all, however it won't be done all at once. Oh, by the way, 'green' is my favorite color. I am not very subtle about that either, can you tell?
